Salary: $95,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Edit high-quality video content including episodes, promos, ads, and trailers from raw footage.
• Perform comprehensive post-production tasks including motion graphics, color grading, sound mixing, and design.
• Collaborate with producers and writers to refine creative vision and execution.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve editing efficiency.
• Craft impactful on-screen text and motion graphics to complement video narratives.
• Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical and creative output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of video editing experience specifically for YouTube.
• 2+ years of professional motion graphics production experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro X.
• Advanced proficiency in color correction, sound mixing, and sound design.
• Strong understanding of video codecs, encoding, and file management.
• Must work onsite, Monday through Friday at the West Hollywood location.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven post-production tools.
• Strong background in multi-camera podcast or talk show editing.
• Proven ability to conceptualize short-form assets that drive engagement.
