Location: Must be based in the GCC region (specifically currently living in GCC)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-year retail pipeline for the GCC region across technology and sporting goods sectors.
  • Lead proactive retailer outreach, contract negotiations, and the development of regional wholesale policies.
  • Collaborate with internal Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to establish operational SOPs and manage retailer launches.
  • Optimize ongoing retailer relationships through regular business reviews, performance forecasting, and inventory oversight.
  • Coordinate regional strategy with brand country managers and trade marketing teams to grow the membership base.
  • Manage internal communications regarding project status, sales performance, and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Must currently reside in the GCC region.
  • Fluent in English (required); Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in consumer electronics, sports technology, or related retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across operations, trade compliance, and marketing functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to retailer sites, trade shows, and company HQ.
