What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year retail pipeline for the GCC region across technology and sporting goods sectors.
- Lead proactive retailer outreach, contract negotiations, and the development of regional wholesale policies.
- Collaborate with internal Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to establish operational SOPs and manage retailer launches.
- Optimize ongoing retailer relationships through regular business reviews, performance forecasting, and inventory oversight.
- Coordinate regional strategy with brand country managers and trade marketing teams to grow the membership base.
- Manage internal communications regarding project status, sales performance, and operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, preferably in a startup environment.
- Must currently reside in the GCC region.
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong background in consumer electronics, sports technology, or related retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across operations, trade compliance, and marketing functions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to retailer sites, trade shows, and company HQ.
