What you will do

• Define and evolve 0 to 1 AI experiences including proactive insights and interactive coaching surfaces.
• Partner with Data Science and Performance Science to translate physiological and behavioral signals into personalized coaching.
• Design AI system architecture including orchestration, tool usage, memory, and RAG behaviors.
• Drive a roadmap balancing foundational AI capabilities with high-impact member experiences.
• Build and own evaluation frameworks using qualitative and quantitative signals to improve system performance.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and shipped features.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience.
• Minimum 1+ year working on AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLM systems including prompt design, RAG, and system tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end consumer-facing product experiences.
• Strong instincts for translating complex health data into simple, actionable user experiences.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing conversational interfaces or AI-driven coaching narratives.
• Background in health tech or performance science.
• Experience scaling AI capabilities across multiple platform layers.
