Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the applied AI strategy across product, platform, and operational services
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions from prototyping to production deployment
• Own the roadmap for generative AI and agentic platforms providing personalized user insights
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, software engineers, and data scientists
• Guide architectural decisions for model hosting, deployment, tuning, and MLOps practices
• Ensure model quality, privacy, and compliance with ethical AI standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling cross-functional AI teams in production environments
• Deep technical expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems
• Strong command of the full applied AI lifecycle including prompt engineering and reinforcement learning
• Ability to align AI initiatives with high-level business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Strong communication and influencing skills at the executive and technical levels
