What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of coding-agent services end-to-end.
• Design and ship state-of-the-art AI agents tailored for ETL and data analysis tasks.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, and observability tools.
• Optimize system performance including prompt engineering, context management, and model fine-tuning.
• Mentor engineering team members and tackle the most complex technical challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers and executives to shape product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong backend engineering background with microservices and high-throughput systems.
• Hands-on experience shipping production single or multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Scala.
• Demonstrated experience in CI/CD, observability, and MLOps rigor.
• Deep understanding of agentic frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Nice to have

• Experience with code generation models (Codex, text-to-SQL) and semantic extraction.
• Knowledge of compiler development or tooling (VSCode extensions, LSP).
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, or fine-tuning techniques.
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.
