What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise AI transformation strategy aligned with company growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across operations, product, and engineering.
- Establish an enterprise AI governance model for pilot sequencing, scaling, and responsible rollout.
- Lead automation initiatives using copilots and intelligent orchestration to improve efficiency.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into member and provider products.
- Develop ROI frameworks to evaluate and prioritize AI investments for measurable business value.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technology, data, or digital transformation roles.
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience in enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
- Deep expertise in generative AI, LLM applications, agentic systems, and MLOps.
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Experience operating in high-growth, late-stage startup or scaled technology environments.
- Ability to work in the US with presence in New York City or San Francisco for hybrid attendance.
