What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks across E2E, integration, and API layers.
• Own and evolve the test automation strategy based on risk, ROI, and release impact.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate quality early in the development lifecycle.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure test reliability and fast feedback loops.
• Define and track quality metrics to facilitate data-backed release decisions.
• Mentor engineers to foster a culture of quality and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or SDET roles.
• Strong proficiency in a programming language like Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test execution, and triage at scale.
• Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, and complex data flows.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
