What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of verification engineers to achieve high-performance results.
• Define and implement comprehensive verification strategies and plans aligned with business requirements.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes the company’s core values.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Drive methodology improvements for verification and project execution.
• Provide hands-on technical support for RTL/testbench debugging and architectural discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading verification teams for complex mixed-signal ICs.
• Strong background in metric-driven verification, including planning, constrained random verification, and code coverage.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog, SVA, and frameworks such as UVM/OVM, e, or VMM.
• Excellent debugging skills for both RTL and testbench problems.
• Must be eligible to access technical data without export license requirements.

Nice to have

• Formal verification and qualification techniques.
• Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of gate-level verification, including SDF.
• Power-aware verification using CPF/UPF.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) design patterns.
