What you will do

• Collaborate with retail partners to develop effective marketing displays and growth initiatives.
• Act as a Brand Guardian to ensure all POS assets meet quality and marketing standards.
• Optimize and audit online toy listings to improve brand presence across e-commerce platforms.
• Negotiate media opportunities including catalogue, window, and in-store placements.
• Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation aligned with regional sales trends.
• Partner with internal sales teams and global offices to align on brand plans and local execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand or consumer marketing within retail, toys, or FMCG industries.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Strong understanding of the French retail landscape, pop culture, and consumer trends.
• Proven ability in project management and trade marketing execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create actionable plans and present insights.
• Willingness to travel as required and work across time zones.
