TL;DR

Go-to-Market Manager: Shaping and driving the strategic and conceptual elements of the GTM function, translating strategy into clear plans and actions that drive market impact with an accent on developing commercial strategies and business plans. Focus on turning complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, visually strong presentations and business cases that support decision-making at senior management level.

Location: Must be based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Develop commercial strategies and business plans in line with commercial objectives and corporate strategy.
  • Translate strategies, insights, and data into clear, well-structured, and visually compelling presentations and business cases.
  • Develop distribution frameworks and growth plans that support product launches, market positioning, and new business opportunities.
  • Act as a key partner for Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Insights, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor sales performance and commercial results, helping manage the commercial calendar and translating insights into recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field combined with at least 5 years of experience in an analytical/ conceptual/strategical role.
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex strategies, data, and ideas into clear and visually compelling presentations.
  • Solid (analytical) business analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in business planning, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
