What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic internal software tools and platforms.
• Oversee scope, timeline, budget, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product and project backlogs, releases, and feature planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, design, finance, IT, procurement) to translate requirements into execution.
• Align with technical partners and manage stakeholder expectations through continuous communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges to ensure successful digital product delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical product or project management, preferably in cloud-native or platform-based products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL, infrastructure management, and development tools (Terraform knowledge is a plus).
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and able to adapt frameworks to team needs.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and applying continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
