What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various service agreements including NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA, and licensing terms.
• Support operational deals through due diligence, contract management, and compliance checks.
• Advise on complex matters regarding IP, software licensing, and data protection regulations such as GDPR and PDPA.
• Assist in internal policy development and risk assessment for global client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes in international markets and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT, SaaS, or tech-related legal roles.
• Strong expertise in international contract law and intellectual property law.
• Proven experience working with English-language contracts and cross-border transactions.
• In-depth understanding of the IT product lifecycle and outsourcing business models.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with quick turnaround times.
