Middle IT Lawyer (Task-Based)

Location: Remote worldwide; the company has teams working remotely from Europe, the USA, and Asia. Headquarters: Singapore.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and licensing terms.
• Support deals and operations through contract work, due diligence, and compliance advice.
• Advise on intellectual property, data protection, GDPR, PDPA, and software licensing.
• Assess legal risks and help develop internal policies and best practices.
• Structure relationships with clients, contractors, and partners worldwide while monitoring relevant regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, operations, and external legal advisors.

Requirements

• Middle-level legal professional with 2+ years of experience in IT, SaaS, or technology-related businesses.
• Solid knowledge of international contract law and intellectual property law.
• Hands-on experience with English-language contracts and cross-border transactions.
• Understanding of IT product life cycles and outsourcing or dedicated-team models.
• Knowledge of intellectual property, data protection basics such as GDPR, and service-model structuring.
• Legal degree, preferably focused on international, corporate, or IT law.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to explain complex legal concepts simply, and ability to work quickly and independently.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher required.
• Availability now or within the next few hours after starting cooperation required.
