What you will do
- Own and cultivate Suzuki dealer relationships to drive new and used vehicle sales.
- Use data insights to conduct performance reviews and shape dealer activity plans.
- Lead the implementation of strategic and digital initiatives for the Transport business.
- Manage conduct and regulatory requirements to ensure fair customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with OEM teams and distribution channels to deliver consistent value.
- Coach dealer staff on products, systems, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication and influencing skills suitable for diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities within commercial environments.
- Solid understanding of conduct, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing partner relationships across senior and operational groups.
