What you will do

• Lead and deliver regional new business targets for investment products and portfolios.
• Engage and sign up new adviser firms to adopt hirify.global investment propositions.
• Develop and execute regional business plans including events and roadshows.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with financial advisers and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular commercial insights and SWOT analyses to strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate across internal investment, sales, and platform teams to maximize inflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record in investment sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of UK investment products such as OEICs, SIPPs, and Model Portfolio Services.
• Established professional network of adviser firms within the North region.
• Deep understanding of the UK financial regulatory landscape.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Nice to have

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
