🥷Looking for a hands-on #Performance #Marketing Manager to join a fintech startup launching a CFD trading platform for Asian markets.
The first market is Vietnam, with plans to scale across Southeast Asia.

🖋What you’ll be doing:
— Launch & scale Meta / Google / TikTok Ads / programmatic
— Drive mobile app growth (ASO)
— Work with CPA networks, affiliates & IB partners
— Build and optimize funnels (CPL → CPA → LTV)
— Set up analytics & attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust / GA / BI)
— Run CRM & retention campaigns (email / push / in-app)
— Work on creatives, landing pages & AI-driven workflows

🖋It is great if you have:
— 3–5+ years in performance marketing
— Strong hands-on experience (not just managing agencies)
— Background in fintech / trading / iGaming / crypto is a big plus
— Experience with mobile marketing & attribution tools
— Solid analytical mindset and data-driven approach
— English preferably B2+
