What you will do

• Own and execute the local marketing strategy in Cyprus and Greece across Rides and Food Delivery, driving measurable growth.
• Plan and deliver buzzworthy, social-first campaigns that generate earned attention and strong local engagement.
• Lead local social media execution and collaborate with creators and influencers to produce high-impact content.
• Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth.
• Support vertical-led initiatives such as airport activations, venue branding, car branding, and local rollouts.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Experience within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns based on metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Proactive, structured, creative, and commercially minded — you combine cultural instinct with analytical thinking.
