What you will do
- Recruit, activate, and manage high-performing affiliates, influencers, and publishers to grow the program.
- Optimize campaign performance using data analysis, A/B testing, and ROI-focused strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships through consistent communication and expert negotiation.
- Analyze performance metrics (EPC, LTV, CR, CTR) to scale successful initiatives and rectify underperforming ones.
- Collaborate with design, development, and media buying teams to align affiliate efforts with marketing goals.
- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to expand the company’s market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate, digital, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and performance data interpretation.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Academic background in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, or HR.
- Understanding of performance metrics like EPC, LTV, CR, and CTR.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
