What you will do

• Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with business goals to drive player acquisition and retention.
• Manage the end-to-end casino promotions marketing plan and oversee casino lobby operations.
• Collaborate with CRM, design, and tech teams to launch and evaluate multi-channel campaigns.
• Execute A/B testing on promotional elements and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all promotional activities and messaging.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar promotions or marketing role.
• English: C1+ level required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of gaming products including casino, slots, and crash games.
• Proven experience in budget ownership and presentation delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Cyprus.
