What you will do
- Take full hands-on ownership of Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage significant monthly budgets while maintaining strict ROAS/LTV targets.
- Design, launch, and scale campaign structures and testing frameworks.
- Drive creative and funnel experiments in collaboration with product teams.
- Operate and evolve internal UA automation algorithms and processes.
- Maintain campaign logic documentation and identify scalable growth levers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Meta Ads.
- Experience managing significant paid social budgets for B2C or subscription products.
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels (web2web, web2app, or app).
- Advanced analytical skills including Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- English: B1+ required.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation rules or custom scripts.
- Knowledge of Mobile Measurement and Attribution platforms.
