Salary: $105,000 - $136,500 (plus variable compensation)

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting through final contract closure
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand the technical reliability challenges and business priorities of prospective clients
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes involving DevOps, SRE, and IT leadership
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via strategic account planning and proactive outbound efforts
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Represent product value by translating technical incident response workflows into clear business outcomes
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Experience selling to technical audiences such as DevOps, SRE, Engineering, IT, or Security teams
- Ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions
- Self-motivated and curious mindset with a focus on accountability and professional growth
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite 3x/week in San Mateo, CA
