What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, including platform account connection and campaign restructuring.
- Lead kickoff calls and quarterly check-ins to review client goals, campaign performance, and strategy adjustments.
- Provide ongoing product training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure customers maximize platform utilization.
- Analyze advertising performance data to generate and deliver dashboards with actionable recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to facilitate accurate client billing and invoicing processes.
- Contribute to the Help center by creating educational content on product features and advertising strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or product onboarding, specifically within e-commerce or ad tech.
- Strong functional knowledge of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective client reporting.
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
