TL;DR
Customer Success Associate (Fintech): Managing customer relationships, onboarding, and support for employer partners and end users with an accent on operational processes and business results. Focus on building new processes from scratch, iterating on existing ones, and driving customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Fully remote across US locations (Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY / San Francisco, CA); ability to work EST or CST hours preferred; willingness to travel 3-4 times per month (50% or more as needed).
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage onboarding, account management, and customer success for employer partners and users as primary point of contact.
- Lead customer support function, gathering feedback from customers and end users.
- Build and iterate on operational processes and tests from scratch as the company scales.
- Travel to meet clients and attend events (50% or more as needed).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a strong executor who works independently and builds from scratch
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment managing priorities, pivoting quickly
- Customer-focused generalist, flexible fast learner with interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times per month (50% or more)
