What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware, software, and access requests across the distributed team.
- Develop and maintain complex automations and AI workflows using platforms like Okta Workflows and n8n to streamline operations.
- Administer core SaaS tools and identity governance through Okta, partnering with HR on scalable provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
- Manage the device lifecycle including procurement, configuration, and security compliance via MDM platforms like Kandji.
- Implement and maintain IT security best practices including endpoint protection, SSO, and MFA enforcement.
- Identify and remediate process inefficiencies by building robust documentation and self-service resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration, preferably in a distributed environment.
- Strong experience supporting macOS and managing employee endpoints in a cloud-first infrastructure.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and Okta administration.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex automations using iPaaS tools like Okta Workflows or n8n.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Ability to operate effectively in a security-conscious, high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with IGA tooling, support ticketing systems, or project management software like Linear or Jira.
- Comfort with lightweight scripting in Bash or Python.
- Background in fintech or financial services with exposure to SOC 2 and PCI-DSS compliance.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Okta Admin.
