What you will do

• Design intuitive features for the core mobile app and SaaS business tools.
• Partner with engineering and marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on product performance.
• Create high-quality design concepts from ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to solve complex user experience problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record of taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling them.
• Experience in startup environments with comfort in fast-paced decision-making.
• Must be based in the USA to be considered for this role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design logic to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Portfolio link required with documented process and product results.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for social or community-oriented platforms.
