What you will do

• Own paid performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and Google to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Develop and execute social media acquisition strategies and content calendars with designer support.
• Lead SEO and ASO efforts to drive organic discovery and app growth.
• Design and manage high-converting landing pages and event catalogue funnels.
• Scale user and host acquisition through repeatable playbooks and city-level campaigns.
• Analyze performance data, perform cohort analysis, and manage attribution reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing within consumer or marketplace environments.
• Deep expertise in managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CAC, ROAS, and funnel diagnostics.
• Proven experience in SEO, ASO, and acquisition experimentation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
