Location: Remote (Global). The team collaborates synchronously between 9 AM – 2 PM PT.

Salary: $120,000 – $230,000 + Equity.

• Develop and improve core features like budgeting, goals, and reporting across web and mobile platforms.
• Build product experiences for user growth, onboarding, and customer retention.
• Manage financial data connectivity and ensure accurate, safe data delivery for users.
• Contribute to infrastructure, developer tooling, and security posture improvements.
• Collaborate across teams in a fully remote, asynchronous-first environment.

Requirements

• Product-centric mindset with a passion for building user-loved applications.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the stack: React, TypeScript, React Native, Python, Django, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and automation (Terraform, Docker).
• Ability to work autonomously with comfort in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
