What you will do

• Define, maintain, and continuously refine the core KPI system for the Content Team.
• Design and maintain stable, scalable data pipelines, models, and reporting layers.
• Proactively identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities through regular analysis.
• Track the impact of content experiments and strategy changes end-to-end.
• Build intuitive dashboards and data products that empower product managers and operations teams.
• Act as the data partner for Product and Operations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in BI, data analytics, or a related role at an internet company.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with big data tools (Hive, Spark, Presto) is a plus.
• AI native analysis toolings experience.
• Solid understanding of content metrics (DAU/MAU, CTR, duration time, funnel conversion, retention cohorts).
• Strong logical thinking and structured communication.
• High sense of ownership.
