TL;DR

Business Analyst (AI): Collecting and analyzing requirements for core infrastructure and intelligent features with an accent on AI platforms, RAG pipelines, and conversational agents. Focus on coordinating cross-functional delivery between LLM Engineers, Backend, and Product teams to ensure system performance, data quality, and scalability.

Location: Worldwide. Relocation support available to Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, or Georgia.

What you will do

• Collect and translate requirements for chat, agent, voice, and RAG components into clear specifications.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Analyze AI pipeline issues including data quality, latency, cost, and user experience.
• Define and track performance KPIs for AI platform components.
• Drive delivery of complex platform features across multiple products.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI solutions or integrations.
• Ability to define deliverables for engineering and understanding of service/data lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with experience in metrics.
• English: B2+ level required for international team collaboration.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration across product, engineering, and security functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Superset or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or working with Notebooks.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, gRPC) and streaming frameworks (Kafka).
• Familiarity with model registries (MLflow) and orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Experience with prompt design, vector databases, or AI observability.
