What you will do

• Define, build, and maintain company-level operational and business health KPIs.
• Write advanced, high-performance SQL to extract, model, and analyze complex datasets.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover operational inefficiencies and process gaps.
• Translate cross-functional business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
• Present insights, trade-offs, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive analytical initiatives across multiple business domains to improve organizational transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analytics within operational or financial domains.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with ERP or complex operational systems.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact such as efficiency gains or cost reduction.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Background in partnering with Finance or FP&A teams.
• Experience with operational workflow or spend management tools.
