Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for healthcare management offerings from discovery to launch.
- Lead 0→1 product development by validating hypotheses and shipping solutions with engineering and design teams.
- Partner with MCO prospects and customers to translate B2B feedback into strategic product improvements.
- Define success metrics linking product performance to member health outcomes and business growth.
- Deepen expertise in the Medicaid ecosystem including care coordination, HEDIS measures, and utilization management.
- Develop strategic expansion plans into Medicare and dual-eligible population segments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a significant focus in health-tech.
- Proven 0→1 product development track record taking concepts to scaled solutions.
- Startup experience demonstrating adaptability and smart trade-off decision-making.
- Direct experience participating in B2B sales motions with MCOs or health plans.
- Must be legally authorized to work from established states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
- Strong communication skills suitable for C-suite interaction and technical requirement documentation.
Nice to have
- Background in Medicare, dual-eligible programs, or Medicaid/Medicare integration.
- Familiarity with clinical data standards like HL7/FHIR and care management workflows.
- Experience with quality measurement frameworks such as HEDIS or Star Ratings.
- Prior experience working with public benefits or social safety-net populations.
