What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and business case for a major platform initiative.
• Analyze target customer personas and market needs to shape the product thesis.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive first-principle, out-of-the-box product thinking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact innovations.
• Drive alignment across marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product milestones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, including startup experience.
• Deep experience in 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 product development.
• Proven track record with B2B PLG products and multi-step SaaS workflows.
• Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows via Agentic and Conversational AI.
