What you will do

• Translate complex technical milestones into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical project or program management.
• At least 3 years of experience in early-stage startups.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies including JIRA, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python or Bash.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
