What you will do

• Manage IoT embedded IC and software development projects from concept through final delivery.
• Drive planning and execution by collaborating with cross-functional core teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and track project timelines, requirements, risks, and assumptions.
• Ensure project alignment with overarching program release schedules and specifications.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to key organizational stakeholders.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues and streamline development models.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technology field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years of proven project or program management experience.
• Deep understanding of integrated product development lifecycles.
• Proficiency with modern tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications.
• Prior experience as an engineering manager for IC hardware development.
• Leadership experience within a semiconductor company.
• Familiarity with AI-powered technologies for productivity and analysis.
