What you will do

• Establish and scale U.S. operations to achieve aggressive ARR growth targets.
• Drive enterprise client acquisition and contract velocity through high-performance GTM motions.
• Operationalize execution by creating performance dashboards for sales, onboarding, and implementation.
• Define and execute a prioritized roadmap for AI agent deployment across product and compliance teams.
• Manage cost controls and increase profitability metrics across U.S. operations.
• Resolve critical deal-blocking escalations to ensure rapid sales cycle progression.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Previous experience as a SaaS or AI founder backed by notable VCs or YC.
• Proven track record in scaling a startup or business unit from $0 to $10M+ ARR.
• Deep expertise in scaling Enterprise SaaS sales motions.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and operational profitability.
