What you will do

• Manage office and lab IT infrastructure including networking, AV systems, and workstation environments.
• Administer and support Windows-based lab machines and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and system issues for onsite teams.
• Own IT operations for both onsite and remote employees, including employee onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and SaaS administration.
• Track and manage company hardware assets and device lifecycle.
• Manage telecom services and vendor relationships (e.g., Verizon business account).

Requirements

• Experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong networking fundamentals and experience managing office IT environments.
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and identity/access management.
• Experience with administration of Mac machines for individual employees and Google suite.
• A hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting both people and infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or NeoClouds).
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience supporting lab environments, AV systems, or physical infrastructure.
