What you will do

• Administer and maintain Jamf Pro and Microsoft SCCM for deployment, configuration, and security management.
• Lead vulnerability and patch management efforts to ensure all client devices remain protected against emerging threats.
• Enforce security policies including encryption, EDR deployment, and firewall configurations across heterogeneous OS environments.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Support teams to deploy solutions and resolve complex endpoint issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline provisioning and system health monitoring.
• Document endpoint management standards and provide training to end-users and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems or endpoint administration.
• Proven expertise in managing Jamf Pro and Microsoft SCCM.
• Strong technical proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrable experience with endpoint vulnerability assessment and remediation tools.
• Solid ability to script and automate routine administrative tasks.
• Strong security-first mindset with knowledge of enterprise security benchmarks.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Jamf Certified Admin or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Experience managing Linux endpoints with configuration tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
