What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee enterprise cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Provide leadership and oversight of the IT Service Desk and end-user support teams.
• Oversee administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide oversight of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure and cloud vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure including cloud platforms, enterprise networking, identity and access management, infrastructure security and certificates, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, enterprise technology environments.

• Experience implementing cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Experience operating infrastructure in regulated or security-sensitive environment.
