What you will do

• Own CPQ configuration and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current quote-to-cash flows.
• Design and implement automation processes via Flow builder, Product Rules, and Price Rules.
• Configure and manage Advanced Approvals for the sales and contracting process.
• Provide direct support and troubleshooting for end users generating quotes and contracts.
• Manage integrations with key tools including DocuSign, Stripe, and NetSuite.
• Maintain process documentation and follow governance policies for releases and capacity management.

Requirements

• Must be located in the NYC or Washington, DC metro areas.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Admin, or Business Analyst certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience providing Admin or SME-level support to a Salesforce environment with CPQ.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform in an administrative or analyst capacity.
• Proven expertise in declarative and low-code configuration.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering CPQ solutions.
