What you will do
- Lead and own the end-to-end technical solution design for Agentforce implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, developers, and designers to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initial design and development through testing and deployment.
- Dive into the boundaries of Agentforce to create novel solutions for business outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 6+ years of total experience in application and software development.
- 4+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with familiarity in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with Salesforce flows, Lightning Web Components, and front-end principles.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, source control, and CI/CD strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agentic AI systems and Generative AI.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
