What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools using Workato, APIs, custom middleware, and integration best practices.
• Make data architecture decisions including object modeling, relationship design, and data integrity strategies.
• Partner with Product Managers and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, reduce technical debt, and ensure platform scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex programming skills.
• Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, system architecture, and designing scalable solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including governor limits, bulkification, and design patterns.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience working with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar business teams.
• Track record of technical mentorship or leadership.
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work.
