What you will do

  • Own and deliver sales, gross margin, and profitability targets for assigned French key accounts.
  • Develop and execute annual account strategies, range reviews, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with French retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams to ensure category leadership.
  • Define and execute assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelving strategies to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless product launches and service levels.
  • Act as a local category expert to influence retail strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and professional English.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using market data tools like Nielsen, NIQ, IRI, or Kantar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, developing JBPs, and growing categories with French retailers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build business operations from the ground up.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent commercial experience.
