TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Qualifying inbound leads and driving sales opportunities for a generative AI infrastructure platform with an accent on discovery, pipeline management, and technical communication. Focus on bridging the gap between developers' needs and platform capabilities, collaborating with Account Executives to convert interest into scalable AI partnerships.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $52,500 - $63,000 base + $75,000 - $90,000 OTE + equity.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Perform discovery calls to understand prospect business goals and technical needs.
  • Manage lead pipelines with accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Become an expert on platform capabilities to communicate value effectively.
  • Partner with Account Executives for seamless lead hand-offs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and chat.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, Generative Media, and emerging technologies.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
