Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 + equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for features from problem framing to final handoff and QA.
• Design dedicated mobile and web experiences, ensuring consistency and platform-specific optimization.
• Maintain and evolve the design system including components, tokens, and documentation.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma and modern AI-assisted tools to validate product direction.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define success metrics and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Perform lightweight user research and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped web and mobile product experiences.
• Proven experience with design systems, components, and documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity startup environment while managing ambiguity.
• Experience designing dedicated mobile patterns beyond simple responsive web.
• Cross-functional communication skills to define success metrics with PM and Engineering.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern rapid-prototyping workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative media, LLMs, and UX patterns for AI interfaces.
• Frontend literacy (React, TypeScript, CSS) or Storybook-style component workflows.
• Graphic design skills for marketing assets, pitch decks, and social visuals.
