Salary: $180,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Own and drive the development of new product features from initial concept through playtesting.
• Design and implement agent-based AI pipelines in collaboration with ML engineers.
• Bridge product design and engineering by building UI components across mobile and web platforms.
• Perform full-stack engineering tasks to ensure smooth integration of language and speech models.
• Maintain high attention to detail for user-facing interactions and emotional product impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping software products end-to-end.
• Proficiency in at least one mobile framework: Flutter, Android (Java/Kotlin), or iOS (Swift/ObjC).
• Experience with performant Python backend development and handling complex I/O pipelines.
• Strong understanding of GenAI models, multimodal pipelines, and machine learning tooling.
• Capability to work fluidly between frontend UI implementation and backend logic.
• Must be available for in-person collaboration at our San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Background in game development or product management.
• Expertise in mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
• Previous experience designing educational software specifically for children.
