Salary: $230,000 – $385,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the full product development lifecycle for internal platform capabilities and enterprise automation experiences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex operational problems into effective technical solutions.
• Partner with research teams to integrate latest models into functional and delightful product experiences.
• Build and refine generic, reusable patterns for automation across various organizational domains.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in product-driven tech companies.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and web technologies.
• Proficiency in a backend language, specifically Python.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Ability to navigate loosely defined tasks and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.

• Background as a founder or early engineer at a startup.
• Prior experience building complex products from scratch.
