What you will do

• Define the new standard of technical interviewing that retires LeetCode.
• Use AI to detect fraud and identify patterns in candidate performance.
• Accelerate the hiring process through AI-driven insights.
• Solve problems end-to-end and take ownership of your builds.

Requirements

• Proficient in modern full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Highly technical with strong coding fundamentals and a bias toward quality.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
