TL;DR

Founding Engineer (Fullstack): Defining and building the new standard for technical interviewing, creating systems that retire outdated evaluation methods and provide high-fidelity talent assessments with an accent on AI implementation and system architecture. Focus on managing features and systems through the entire lifecycle and shaping the technical roadmap.

Location: Must work on-site five days a week in the New York City office. Open to candidates who will relocate and will consider visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150K - $350K

• Define and build the new standard for technical interviewing.
• Utilize AI and machine learning to detect fraud and identify complex patterns in candidate performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain critical full-stack systems from the ground up.
• Manage features and systems through the entire lifecycle.
• Play a key role in shaping the technical roadmap and making fundamental architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in modern full-stack development.
• Advanced proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python (or similar frameworks).
• Experience managing cloud-native infrastructure within AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment.
• Highly technical with a strong bias toward code quality, security, and performance.
• A desire to solve problems end-to-end and a willingness to take radical ownership over outcomes.
