Salary: $150,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable systems, including backend APIs and frontend dashboards.
• Develop large-scale data infrastructure for analyzing and optimizing web performance.
• Train and integrate LLMs into production to automate website generation and validation.
• Drive engineering culture and technical practices from the ground up.
• Experiment and iterate rapidly across research, product, and AI integration tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience (Python, JS, AWS preferred).
• Proven track record leading technical teams or major engineering projects.
• Strong background in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent hands-on mastery.
• Passionate about applying LLMs in real-world production environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City (4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with early-stage startup environments (zero-to-one).
• Prior experience deploying ML models in production.
