Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Rebuild and instrument the submission funnel to enable real experimentation and A/B testing.
• Scale acquisition channels across SEO, paid, and mobile, including agentic optimization for AI assistants.
• Modernize the data and attribution foundation to ensure a single source of truth for product analytics.
• Build and maintain lifecycle infrastructure for push, email, and SMS communications.
• Monitor marketplace balance and implement growth levers to support both buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong backend (Python, Postgres, AWS) and frontend (React, React Native, TypeScript) skills.
• Proven track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production.
• Fluency with growth tooling, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics platforms.
• Strong ability to turn messy data into clean, actionable signals.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by 401k/US benefits).
