What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive sustainable customer acquisition.
• Partner with the analytics team to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize channel performance.
• Manage and scale a high-performing marketing team along with agency partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and creative teams to unlock growth opportunities.
• Identify and pilot emerging media trends, including AI-driven search and streaming landscapes.
• Communicate strategic marketing insights and business impact to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of world-class expertise in performance marketing including search, display, and paid social.
• Deep analytical capability paired with strong brand sensibility.
• Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Experience managing complex media budgets and TV/streaming landscapes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate and programmatic display channels.
• Deep understanding of the evolving search landscape including SEM and SEO.
