APAC Digital Marketing Manager (Marketing): Leading the digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution for the APAC region to drive qualified pipeline with an accent on performance channels, localized campaigns, and AI-driven workflows. Focus on scaling demand generation, managing agency relationships in Japan and South Korea, and ensuring regional alignment with global marketing goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo, Japan or Sydney, Australia with mandatory office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What you will do

  • Define and execute digital marketing channel strategy to drive pipeline across APAC markets.
  • Manage performance marketing across major channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo (Japan), and Naver (South Korea).
  • Operationalize AI tools to accelerate content creation, localization QA, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand standards while ensuring cultural fluency for high-context markets like Japan.
  • Develop and run localized email nurture programs and optimize website journeys for conversion.
  • Synthesize performance data to provide actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B digital demand generation in the APAC region.
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing channels and marketing tech stacks like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Strong understanding of local APAC digital platforms and high-context marketing norms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for improving marketing workflows and productivity.
  • Ability to work from the office in Tokyo or Sydney for designated anchor days.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating directly with Sales teams on pipeline targets and funnel definitions.
  • Experience running multi-country experimentation and testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrable examples of AI-driven digital marketing experiments.
